Slept in and didn't get a workout in before my shift start at 8am. Did work out with Zim after a light dinner. Boxing. Started with 5 minutes of switch cardio moves (jumping jacks, run in place, mountain climbers, high knees). Followed by 2 three minute rounds of line bob and weave punch work. After that 5 rounds of heavy bag punching. Then a round of calisthenics. Finish with about 10 minutes of ab work. DONE.
After a shower, I went to a 35 mm viewing of Dazed and Confused. Sooo good!
