Workout of the Day

Just got finished this:

1 minute plank
10 burpees
20 body squats
8 pull-ups
20 jumping lunges
30 second sprint
15 push-ups

Repeat for a total of 4 times.

  1. This sounds like a fun WOD to try! Did you do the 8 pull-ups? I can't do 8 yet, but my burpees are coming along nicely!

  2. It went pretty well. I did the pull-ups but with an assist band. My shoulders are nicely spent.
