Although I didn't end up working out with Zim and Novia, I did my own little workout:
100 jump rope
25 push-ups
25 twist crunches
200 jump rope
25 push-ups
300 bicycle crunches
300 jump rope
25 push-ups
50 twist crunches/50 regular crunches
300 jump rope
300 bicycle crunches
25 push-ups
100 jump rope
50 twist crunches/50 regular crunches
25 push-up
Run 3 miles.
DONE!
It took about 55 minutes.
