Mid Week Workouts

Here's my last two workouts:

Tuesday:

5 minute warm-up

Tip toe lunges
Elbow to knee
Calf squats
Side kicks
Step back lunges
Power knee 
Lunges
Front kicks
Calf raises (40lbs)
Side lunges
Body squats
Back kicks
Plank

REPEAT

Finish with 1 round shadow boxing, 1 round heavy bag, 1 minute running in place
Stretch

Reps: 10, 8 Planks: 30 sec, 20 sec
Playlist: Morning Glory

Thursday:

I did a at home total body. My contractor was over redoing my deck, so no gym trip for me. 

1/4 + mile warm-up jog

Shoulder press
Curl/hammers
Calf raise (40lb)
REPEAT

Upright row
Dips (10,10)
Step back lunges
REPEAT

In & out arm flys (5lbs each)
In & out hammers
Lunges
REPEAT

Body squats
Curls
Knee push-ups
REPEAT

Finish with a 10 minute jog.

Reps: 10, 8 Weights: 15lb
