Quick rundown:

Tuesday:

5 min warm-up

Tip toe lunges
Elbow to knee
Calf squats 
Power knee
Calf raise (40lbs)
Side kicks
Lunges
Front kicks
Body squats
Back kicks
Step back lunges
Side lunges
Plank

Finished with 1 round shadow boxing, 1 round heavy bag, 1 minute run in place.

Reps: 10, 8 Plank: 30 sec, 20 sec

Thursday:

1/4 warm-up jog

Standing pull-down triceps (30,30)
Knees push-ups
REPEAT
Calf raise (140,160)

Seated chest press (40,40)
Seated incline shoulder press (40,40)
REPEAT
Leg extension (80,90)

Lat pull-down (50,50)
Seated row (50,50)
REPEAT

Body squats 
Lunges
REPEAT

Finished with 11 minutes on the elliptical. 

Reps: 10,8

Saturday: I got up at 6am for an early morning jog. Beautiful morning for it! Jogged 2 and a 1/4 in a half hour. Did stop and walk a 1/2 a mile in because of a side stitch, then felt better and continued my run. I averaged around a 13 minute mile.
