100 jump rope
30 crunches
20 push-ups
x 8
Crunches: standard, elbow to raised knee, open the gate, tic tocs, in & outs, bicycle, superman crunches, and legs up crunches.
Push-ups: standard, military, wide, diamond, super military, switch w/ 1 arm out/elbow out, super wide, max rep knuckles forward.
Finish w/ 100 consecutive jump rope
Done!
Nice one, I did it this morning! I threw in 50 squats and did x6 instead of x8. Thanks for that one :)
