Last Week of Summer

After getting stuck at work and running to the shore for a couple days I'm back to the blog. It's been over a week. Soo....Today I had a late afternoon workout. I ended up getting called into work early, so I worked out after a dinner of fish tacos. Yum. Here goes:

1) Barbell bench press - 5 sets, 10 reps
a)45lb b)50 c)55 d)60 e)65

2)Dumbbell bench press - 3 sets, 12 reps
a)15lb b)18lb c)21lb

3)Shrugs/clean&jerk and pull-ups - 3 sets of 10-12 reps

4)Alternate shoulder press - 3 sets of 12 reps
a)15lb b)18lb c)21b

5)Shoulder shrugs & curls - 3 sets of 12 reps

Run for 20 minutes
