50 20 pound sandbag squat and slam
50 jump rope double unders
50 burpees

Run 1 mile

10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 pull-ups
10 sandbag squat/slam
10 jump rope double unders
10 burpees

Ran 50 yards

DONE!
